Leadership Capacity
The AdvancED Leadership Capacity Domain, provides a framework for the district’s implementation of AdvancED Standard 1 (Purpose and Direction) and Standard 2 (Governance and Leadership). This domain encompasses the BGH2 Leadership/Governance Framework, staff evaluation practices, the district’s Communications Plan, and the district’s Handbook for Continuous School Improvement. Together, these processes provide evidence of the district’s continuous school improvement efforts within the Leadership Capacity Domain.
