Goals

The following long-term goals were developed to provide the district with four main areas of focus as we strive to meet the provisions of this strategic plan.

1. All students will graduate from high school and have achieved their highest potential in critical thinking, academic achievement, and mental wellness.

2. All students will be competent, capable readers by the end of third grade.

3. The district selects, supports, and retains educators who work collaboratively to ensure the success of all students.

4. All schools will commit to a culture where staff work to strengthen all students' skills and abilities.
